Cynthia Keller-Bee
Cynthia Keller-Bee is the Founder/Owner of FinePoints Private Duty HealthCare, LLC since October 2015. FinePoints is a Residential Service Agency that provides Skilled Nursing and Aides, Level of Care, Registered Supervision of Aides with Medication Management. Cynthia Keller-Bee has an Associate of Applied Science in Business Marketing, Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology/ Exercise Science, and a Master of Science in Human Services Administration from the University of Baltimore. Ms. Keller-Bee has received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Maryland Student Achievement Program.
Ms. Keller-Bee has worked in the private sector, local government agencies, and facilities providing care assistance to children and adults in low-income communities. Ms. Keller-Bee has distinguished herself as a conscientious and energetic pioneer in the fields of leadership and management. FinePoints Private Duty HealthCare, LLC is a ministry focused on client-centered, community-based, and a focus on health education and skilled training. Ms. Keller-Bee has worked in the area of health for over 40 years. “I have a passion for the care of our veterans, seniors, and young people.” FinePoints distinguish itself as hiring the best individuals to care for the clients we serve.
Our staff must demonstrate an understanding of the current workplace practices, skills, and qualities required to care for our clients. FinePoints deals with the whole person, Mind, Body, and Spirit.
Co-Founder/Owner
Niger Lucas
Ms. Niger Lucas has a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Coppin State University, where she interned at the Department of Rehabilitation Services (DORS) and Department of Justice Juvenile Services. Niger Lucas is currently Co-Founder/ Owner of FinePoints Private Duty HealthCare, LLC, a Residential Service Agency in Harford County since October 2015. She is Lady Lucas to Pastor Joseph Lucas of Christian Life Center Church. Her experience extends into the community working with the disadvantaged population from the Department of Justice and Social Services and Counseling young at-risk youth girls ages 10-18 years of age and young women ages 18-50 years.
Ms. Lucas also worked in the State of Pennsylvania in the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, where she worked with the deaf and the blind. The use of her degree in Rehabilitation Counseling was a necessary component of her work in the community. Therefore, with over 20 years of experience in counseling, Ms. Lucas has a genuine love for helping those in need and her community. FinePoints Private Duty HealthCare is the best platform for Ms. Lucas to share the love with the clients we serve and their families.
