FinePoints has a  written agreement with our clients which gives them an option to pay weekly or bi-weekly. Our agreements are just to establish guidelines and conditions for our services. The agreement states that the client only pays for services rendered.

Yes, FinePoints have skilled Certified Nursing Assistants with various skill levels and experience and are very knowledgeable to provide quality care to the clients we serve.

The process of the start of care is; FinePoints will do an intake, then we will give the nurse the clients information, the nurse will then contact the client to set up the comprehensive assessment and the plan of care. Once this process is completed, the service will start.

Are we allowed to meet the caregiver before we begin our services with FinePoints?2021-04-14T08:57:17-04:00

We encourage our caregivers to do a meet and greet with our clients once FinePoints decides which caregiver will be assigned to the clients. The caregiver and the client will set up the schedule.
